We love to serve meals to our guests using the ingredients grown on the farm.  These meals are as healthy and delicious as you can imagine. But we don't have a restaurant or a fulltime kitchen staff, so it's very helpful to us if you call ahead so we can go to the pond and field ahead of your arrival. That way we can serve you in a timely manner. Our house special is freshly caught fish, which can either be in fillet or whole fish form.
